A seamless brick texture with charcoal brick arranged in a staggered pattern

A seamless brick texture with charcoal brick arranged in a staggered pattern. The image represents a physical area of 1800 x 1050 mm (70.9 x 41.3 inches) in total, with each individual unit measuring approximately 280 x 50 mm (11 x 2 inches). The joints are filled with rough concrete and are 20 mm (0.8 inches) in width.

Bricks are one of the most common materials in architecture and construction, with origins dating back to 7000BC. Popular due to their low maintenance, durability, and attractive variety of colours, textures, and finishes, bricks are used in cladding for building facades, landscaped walls, paving, and interior decorative walls. Charcoal bricks are distinctive due to their physical makeup and factory finishes, producing shades of black, charcoal, and greys across the face.

This texture uses a staggered pattern, in which each row is offset at random from the last. Staggered patterns are often found in brickwork, stonemasonry and in wood flooring layouts.

This image is seamless, meaning it can be tiled repeatedly for use in architectural drawings and 3D models. It can be used as a SketchUp texture, Revit material or imported into Photoshop for use in 2D illustrations. You can download a high resolution version of this texture and a matching bump map or CAD hatch (compatible with AutoCAD and Revit) using Architextures Create with a Pro Subscription.
