Patina NXT by Swisspearl is a CEM2 fiber cement with improved UV resistance. It's more environmentally friendly and cost-effective. It tends to have better long-term durability and a higher level of strength over time and a lower permeability which makes it a great choice for structures that are exposed to harsh weather conditions or chemical environments. Patina NXT's natural characteristics get better with age. Over the years, the natural aging of the fiber cement leaves subtle, weathered traces on the surface — giving a building’s facade a stunning, distinctive beauty.
