Remade Brut - Varied

Edit
Brut sets a new benchmark in recycled transparent acrylic for architectural and interior applications. Its naturally textured surface, created through a bespoke casting process, delivers a refined, fused-glass aesthetic that elevates any space.
Unlike other Remade materials, Brut requires no post-processing. Its softly tactile finish comes straight from the mould, offering natural depth, subtle light diffusion, and a surface that feels both raw and refined.
Designers can choose from a curated colour palette or develop custom tones and gradient effects, allowing Brut to integrate seamlessly into any interior concept.
Brut provides the elegant look of cast glass without the constraints. Lightweight yet exceptionally robust, it can be laser cut, drilled, tapped, heated, and formed, either at the foundry or on-site, making installation faster, safer, and more cost-effective.
Unlike traditional glass, Brut resists breakage, is easy to handle, and performs reliably across complex applications. Its strength and translucent texture make it ideal for:
- Decorative wall panels and feature surfaces
- Sculptural room dividers and partitions
- Light diffusers, illuminated ceilings, and bespoke lighting installations
- Retail and hospitality surfaces where durability meets visual impact
With its customisable aesthetic and up to 60% recycled acrylic content, Brut is both practical and visually striking.
But its brilliance extends beyond performance, it represents Midton’s commitment to circular design.
At the core of Brut is a sustainable, closed-loop process: we collect offcuts from our own production and from trusted partners, granulating and processing them on-site to form a consistent stream of recycled material. This reduces waste, minimises environmental impact, and ensures a reliable, responsible supply.
By eliminating excess finishing and maximising resource recovery, Brut sets a new standard for sustainable interior materials.
A seamless surfaces texture with a remade brut - varied surface. Seamless textures can be tiled repeatedly across a surface without visible seams making them useful for architectural drawings and 3D models. This image can be used as a SketchUp texture, Revit material or imported into Photoshop for use in 2D illustrations. A high resolution version of this texture is available, as well as CAD hatches and PBR maps with Architextures Pro.
