Remade — Midton’s pioneering range of recycled acrylics, is reimagined for a circular, design-driven future.
Remade is cast to order as sheet, surface or bespoke components: each piece combines sustainability with nearly limitless design potential.
Built from reclaimed off-cuts, Remade’s recycled composition helps massively reduce the use of virgin plastics, while maintaining full acrylic purity and offering 100% recyclability at end of life.
The Remade range is highly customisable: from colour and translucency to texture, embedded materials or gradients, everything can be tailored to suit your project.
You can order standard sheets or blocks, or specify custom castings, mouldings or machined parts for architectural, interior or lighting applications.
Why Remade works for interiors & lighting:
- It delivers durability and UV-resistance, meaning long-lasting, stable surfaces that stand up to wear, while keeping aesthetic quality over time.
- It is easy to work with: just like traditional acrylic, Remade can be cut, drilled, polished, shaped, allowing designers, architects and installers the flexibility and familiarity of acrylic fabrication in a sustainable form.
- Remade offers a wide creative palette: from transparent clarity to textured, embedded or pigmented finishes, ideal for wall panels, partitions, light-diffusing surfaces, furniture elements, retail installations or bespoke sculptural features.
- As an environmentally responsible material, Remade supports circular economy principles, giving clients the opportunity to choose a sustainable acrylic option without compromising on design freedom or quality.
In short: Remade transforms reclaimed acrylic waste into a high-performance, fully customisable material, giving you a sustainable, flexible solution for interior design, architectural surfaces, lighting, furniture and beyond.
A seamless surfaces texture with a remade original - light grey surface. Seamless textures can be tiled repeatedly across a surface without visible seams making them useful for architectural drawings and 3D models. This image can be used as a SketchUp texture, Revit material or imported into Photoshop for use in 2D illustrations. A high resolution version of this texture is available, as well as CAD hatches and PBR maps with Architextures Pro.
