Australian Blackwood, Herringbone
Australian Blackwood (Acacia melanoxylon) is native to southeastern Australia and Tasmania and is considered one of the region’s most valuable native timbers. It is widely used for furniture and decorative woodworking. The timber has attractive colour variation ranging from golden brown to darker tones and often resembles walnut in appearance. It machines well and is commonly used for cabinetry, veneers and musical instruments, typically in interior applications.
A seamless wood texture with australian blackwood arranged in a herringbone pattern. Seamless textures can be tiled repeatedly across a surface without visible seams making them useful for architectural drawings and 3D models. This image can be used as a SketchUp texture, Revit material or imported into Photoshop for use in 2D illustrations. A high resolution version of this texture is available, as well as CAD hatches and PBR maps with Architextures Pro.
