A seamless stone texture with granite arranged in a hexagonal pattern. The image represents a physical area of 2460 x 2128 mm (96.9 x 83.8 inches) in total, with each individual block measuring approximately 200 x 100 mm. The joints are filled with earth and are 5 mm (0.2 inches) in width.

Granite is a stone product widely used in architectural interiors and facades. It is regarded as one of the most durable, robust materials within the construction industry, whose use dates back to Ancient Egypt. Granite is available in a range of colours including pink, gold, grey and black, depending on the mineral properties of each slab. It can be applied to internal finishes such as kitchen countertops and furniture, as well as cladding for external facades and public sculptures.

This texture uses hexagonal tiling. This hexagonal pattern contains regular hexagon shapes with each row offset in order to interlink with one another. It is one of the three regular tilings of the Euclidean plane and is a significant structure in nature.

This image is seamless, meaning it can be tiled repeatedly for use in architectural drawings and 3D models. It can be used as a SketchUp texture, Revit material or imported into Photoshop for use in 2D illustrations. You can download a high resolution version of this texture and a matching bump map or CAD hatch (compatible with AutoCAD and Revit) using Architextures Create with a Pro Subscription.
